For anyone who does not have or wish to use Facebook to register, find a different app. Apparently these developers haven’t been able to crack the code for registering with an email despite other apps and websites having had that capability for decades. Really silly or lazy. My guess is it’s because they want to gather data about you without your knowledge.

Doesnt Log In for Me

Haven’t been able to use the app yet because it won’t let me log in. Goes thru the facebook log-in part then loads for minutes at a time, then simply has a pop-up saying “something went wrong” and to try again later. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn’t fix the problem. Cool idea, would be very helpful, just wish I could use it. Might be a problem unique to my own phone, not sure.
Accountability and overall timing

I’m horrible when it comes to staying focus but this holds me accountable when I get distracted with my phone and I should be studying because I hate it when my tree dies lol overall great app and concept. I wish it could tell you the total time you were on the app each day. But now it’s acting up and signing me out and constantly on the beginning page waiting to load. Please fix this bug.
Stuck at Stop 10

Love the app, finally caved and bought the one year pass to plant real trees today. There are a few bugs but nothing too rough, mostly display errors. However, right after I bought the pass, I unlocked stops 10 and 11. Stop 10 offers a medal for planting with friends. I don’t have friends who use the app actively, unfortunately. Normally I can skip these medal offers and just go on to the next stop. But I can’t this time. Please fix this so I can unlock more stops and plants. It’s really disappointing to run into this right after I spent money on the app... UPDATE: changing my review from 3 to 1 stars. I now cannot even get into the app, I just keep getting error messages. Extremely disappointed.

The app itself functions great. Nothing really goes wrong. However, there are only two tours offered (grand and amazon) which are not endless. Also, the layout of the home could be organized better. It could show the total number of hours per week instead of just the percentages and the progress bar. There could be an achievement section based on how many total hours you’ve used it. The garden is pretty basic per week but it’s hard to find what gardens you’ve had before unless you scroll through your feed. Maybe create a collective garden area of every plant a person planted. Just overall, please add more updates on organization and create new tours thanks!

I am giving it a 5 star review only because it looks like a really good app and the review are really good and I want people to get this app. I am pretty upset that I can’t even log in. I am a middle school student and the only way to sing in is through a facebook account and I don’t have one. I would appreciate it if you changed it to logging in through Instagram, email, and messages(my phone number). Please fix this soon I will only wait for so long. Sincerely, A middle school student❤️
