The game rule is quite simple.
Color the shapes within four color so that neighbors don't have the same color.
Using 4 colours to fill the picture and don't let the colours touch together.
In this game the goal is to fill in the pieces with at most 4 colors. Two pieces that touch can’t share the same color. The game is mathematically interesting since the Four Color Theorem says that for any such ‘map’, four colors is enough.
I will not deny that this is a fun and--at times--challenging game. There are improvements that could be made, however. First, there is really no difference between arcade and free modes. The free mode is just what it should be. The arcade mode should start back at the beginning and only end when you fail a level, like a true arcade game. Next, this game contains an error rendering level 78 impossible to beat. Two directly adjacent shapes appear to both fill when only one is attempted to be filled. This contradicts the rules of the game, so it is impossible to beat. This error is in the top right of the screen. Lastly, if you want to reset the levels you should be able to without deleting and re downloading the game.
I have loved this game for years and was ecstatic to find it in the App Store. I still enjoy it, but after a few levels the app crashes and it gets a bit frustrating. Fix the crashing problem and this app would get 5 stars.
I think level 76 is broken. Won't let me get past. Have tried numerous times. Others have tried it. Appears to be accurate but does not pass.
