I cannot access my team

Reagan114_T

Hey it is stuck on the page that says create team name url, I see at the bottom a button that says “discover teams you can join” and when I click on it it does not work. My coworker has accepted my request to join the team but when I open the link it’s stuck on the same page again.

It’s pretty good...

The only thing I’m trying to figure, if there is a way to send videos. If anybody know how please let me know.

Flock is a great collaboration app. It’s not too “busy” like some of the others. We’ve been using it about a year now in our church business office and we are very pleased. I only had to contact support once and they were very responsive.

Very good app

Our church support team has been using Flock for about six months. It serves our needs in fine fashion.

Lot of potential, not quite there.

My biggest issue at the moment is the app freezing while using it on an iPhone 10s. When I tap the chat line to type nothing happens, but if I start to swipe up (to close the app) the app will catch up with the commands I've pressed. This can be annoying. When I want to go back from a chat to dashboard, again it freezes, I swipe up, the app loads, then I continue.

It was promissing but last year

I agree with last last comments that it’s a stong feeling that the app is not a #1 priority for Flock. Moreover, I think that Flock itself, what we have now for desktop or mobile, experience some troubles. I like to follow a blogs of the product I use daily and according to the content that companies publish you could see their global strategy with a validation of accomplished goals. Flock team just re-post some general topics about the team management and so on, instead of letting know how is their product going. Don’t want to sound upset, but my team will start searching for something new, at least we would be well prepared to move somewhere when Flock ends. Hope that never happens though and wish just all the best to the team and look forward to see some updates. At least something.

Love it

It has worked great for me and my team. I recently started working from home and we use flock to communicate between each other and we haven’t had any issues.

Great until the bugs

I was really happy with Flock until I needed to change my associated email address and everything seemed to fall apart. First, it seems as though you can’t change your email address, you have to make a new account. My old account was the admin account so I had to switch that around, but that’s when I was no longer able to see my channels or any past communications. At this point Flock started to show some bugs. It was showing both my email addresses as admins (there should only be one anyways as I don’t pay for pro). Then channels slowly started to show up on the desktop application but not on the phone app or online but I could only join certain channels not all (even though I’m the admin). I ah to delete the phone app to get back in as to only would ask for a pin for my old email and wouldn’t let me login with my new email.

Unnecessarily complicated

Used to be a good app, but they keep making it more complicated (ie...you need to read user guides just to figure out how to properly add a user. Silly). They forgot what was good about this app
