FlipPix Jigsaw provides a new twist to FlipPix Art puzzles. Each of the individual puzzles forms a piece of a larger picture. After the puzzles are solved, the pieces of the picture must then be rearranged to form the final image.

FlipPix Jigsaw -Living Color presents you with creatures from every shade of the rainbow enjoying their natural surroundings. Living Color has 76 puzzles in three sizes for a total of 228 puzzles, ranging from very easy to quite challenging levels of play.

FlipPix Jigsaw is designed specifically for iPad and incorporates a type of logic puzzle often referred to as a nonogram or griddler.

Not as good as others

I have most of the games from FlipPix in the category of griddlers/nomograms. This one is a little disappointing in that their suggestion of very challenging is only a 15x15 puzzle, not like the 20x20 of many of their others. In addition, it is set in its orientation so even if you rotate your device, it doesn't rotate. I don't normally write negative reviews but I feel these 2 pieces of info are important. If you can, buy a different one....like England or New York.

Displays Upside Down

For some reason this particular Flippix game doesn't orient itself properly. It displays upside down. I have eight other Flippix games that know which way is up, but this one doesn't. So I have to play it with my iPad cover bunched up at the bottom instead of rolled on top the way it's supposed to be, so it can tilt the iPad forward.
