I purchased the elite version of this app and wrote support over three weeks ago with an issue. Their one substantive response in this over three week period has been worthless and did nothing to address or fix my problem. I even told them that I would complain to Apple if they did not help and they did nothing. It's a shame because it could be a decent app if supported.

Recently took a family trip starting from different airports, arriving different times into the same airport. Flightview helped us track all flights and let us easily know which gates and what times all were arriving. It was terrific getting updates from the app for all flights arriving and departing. ------------------------------- Update: Tracked flights for everyone flying for my sister's wedding. Fog delayed a number of them, but we were always on time for pickup. Plan to use it for the Holidays next. ------------------------------ Update: Recently used the email-your-trip feature for the first time for a trip to NC, and it worked perfectly! ------------------------------- Awesome up-to-date info! Tracked a friend's flight as diverted to another airport quickly and saved me a trip to the airport. Fast update to when her flight was actually arriving, I knew before she did when she was taking off again! She was excited to tell the other passengers. Tracked our flights for our vacation with more accuracy than the airlines we were flying. Easy to navigate and find airline codes needed. Definitely worth it!

I had the free version which did just the necessary, showing me the expected time of arrival. I had hoped judging by the decription that when I had purchased the app, the paid version I would be able to see in real time the location of the plane in the air and when it exactly had landed. Not the case and truly dissapointed. Don't want to use the word"crap" but honestly it came to my mind...I hope you guys can put your passion and devotion back in the improvement of your app that could potentially become perfect as it was intended to be.
