I don't think any other airlines in Aus are doing this. I've set a notification for flight to LA under $1k and it will be helpfull not to have to check this all the time. User experience is also smooth and intuitive.
Useless. Can't book from the US

Until the option to book is available the app is pretty useless outside of Australia. There's no point in advertising a price if you can't check availability. I'll stick to my laptop and other travel apps for now

Nowhere to sign in?

As a Platinum member, I would like to be able to sign and see my bookings. I have too many reservations to keep remembering the reservation number for each flight. It would also be nice if the app reminded me when to check in.

Deleted the app because it would never load past synchronizing. What a joke!

Mobile app only works for flights originating in AUS. Overall look of monochromatic pages give it a lifeless look with small washed out fonts and small data entry fields. Result: dreary user experience. An innovator like Sir RB should do better. Go to United mobile app for the gold standard and compare to VA. :(

The first thing I got was "The page you are looking for cannot be found or is no longer available. It may have been moved or migrated to a different area of this site." when trying to retrieve seat info on a booking. (Their web site throws errors on that as we'll ...) The second thing I got was a general site error. VA really needs to pick up its game online.
