I don’t write reviews but FLICKR rocks

Works great for me Great for organizing my photos into ALBUMS and COLLECTIONS with TAGS; as a librarian I appreciate having a tiny wing of this vast library which is very nicely catalogued Great for sharing photos and enjoying masterful work of others through GROUPS. I created some and always a surprise when someone adds their shot of say the Philadelphia Mummers; would like to see improved curation of groups, perhaps in order of search results Nice to designate PRIVATE or PUBLIC etc settings and designate COPYRIGHT level Useful to see LOCATION of photos on MAP ORGANIZER helps me do all sorts of things like BATCH EDIT or add say keywords Flickr’s tags and locate my photos by date, album etc; would like to see better integration with other social media and suggestion of #hashtags as I type PHOTO EDITOR is sufficiently packaged with tools to let me tweak photos Why not 5-star? would like to see Flickr photos come up more in Google searches, would like to have easy access to tools for web applications such as slideshows, would like to have more view options like say contact sheet or display of multiple photos with their username, titles, perhaps with tags and snippet of description and perhaps metadata- date, location..might be nice to have a notification when photo hits different threshold of unique visitor views THANKS Flickr! Please don’t go fixing what’s not broke because I like you just the way you are, mostly that is

Love the photography

blind bookworm

Love the photography presented by very talented people. Appreciative of customer service that has helped me.

Much improved

walker_ep

App is stable and I like how SmugMug ditched the Yahoo login. Still a great photography focused platform.

I enjoy looking at all the interesting photos people post on Flickr. And so much more to see from all over the world. There’s just a variety of things to see, from old barns and churches, to vintage vehicles! I especially love the comments. Even the information about something is very educational! Some of the people I’ve met here are very very friendly!

Very good app

cillinstrait

This is one off the best by far

Update, what update?

CloudRebel

This app developer could learn from the 3rd party app developer of FLManager that hasn’t worked since Flickr changed authentication. There was much more photo permissions and filter management and sorting by permissions functionality than this app which hogs the battery too fast. For years I have never seen an update make any changes to this app.

I love Flickr

The new search tools are great. Especially search of only those I follow.

Would not recommend.

I’ve had this app for over 5 years now and I loved it. When I transferred from Android to Apple I had all my pictures from my old phone on this app, so I didn’t have to transfer anything over. However about maybe two years ago they had an update and I can no longer get into my account and now the app won’t even start up. I had so many important pictures on there. It’s such a disappointment that I am locked away from MY pictures.

Still can’t be found with iOS app search

caddyzig

Frustrating that this app still can’t be found using the iOS app search (dragging down on the Home Screen and typing Flickr). Can’t something be done to correct this? Also, it would be great if there was a way to “remember” your place in your feed for a while, even when the app shuts down in the background. I often find myself answering a call or responding to an email only to find that I’ve lost my spot in my Flickr feed.
