I received a gift card on BOUXTIE from a friend and have not been able to access it. It says to show the employee the barcode or redemption number, but nothing is visible. I tried to contact customer support over a month ago, and still no answer. My gift card is left in purgatory, unable to use. My friend that purchased it for me is also frustrated.
