I wouldn’t normally write a review when I can’t login, but I saw someone else was having the same issue in January, so it doesn’t look like a temporary problem. I can’t get past the logon screen due to “Cannot connect to server” type errors. I can logon to their website without issue.

Nothing but connection/server error messages trying to login. Can’t get past the 1st screen. Please fix.
