App doesn’t work at all. If you see people have multiple complaints why don’t you fix it? Only worried about taking money from hard worker who are trying to make ends meet and you have the audacity to have excessive fees for the simplest task with a crappy (I really want to curse) service. Do better and stop stealing

Simply put, you can “ADD A NEW CARD” but you CAN’T sign in! I spoke with support 3 times today, they were always available and pleasant. But nothing could be done to help me “sign in” using the SAME login email and password that I use to sign in on my laptop. The second support person said ‘The app was down for a full week, but I’ve been told that it is now working.” That was spoken on Jan. 19, 2019. It’s still not working. This is the reason for the 1 star – which comes after 5 further attempts to reinstall and sign in.

I’m giving it one star because I cannot check my balance, I received an email stating that there is an updated version and it’s not updated. I’ve used this app and it works great until sometime in December 2018 it stopped working, calling to check your balance will charge, so I haven’t checked my balance since the app hasn’t worked.

This app doesn’t deserve 1 star. It’s the worse app ever. I talk to customer service and she has terrible manners and very disrespectful. I thought we had 2 free transactions on pay day. The only free transaction is when fueling you must use a Comdata check. Everything about Comdata is a scam. Just another business taking money from truckers.
Not working aswell anymore

I’ve used this app for quitesome time now and it had never gave me problems like its been doing the past month. For some reason it doesn’t open. I have tried rebooting it, resetting, powering phone on and off deleting app and reinstalling and nothing has worked. I am very bummed because this app really makes it easier for me. Please fix it so it works on my ios device again.

Professional Freight Relocator
It worked for awhile but now hasn’t worked for months. It doesn’t load. I can see the screen I want to access but it’s grayed out behind a spinning progress wheel and I finally have to abandon and move to the phone menu via the Comdata card because the app doesn’t boot-up It’s broken! At the time of this writing it hasn’t been updated for two years? Why don’t you guys fix it or remove it?

The app allows you to long and and check for cheap fuel options but when it comes to moving money from your contacts card to a bank account or drafting a check it's a no go it just loads and loads andddddddddd loads you can see the amount of cash on the card but you can't do anymore than see your money moving it

I like the app when you can get it to work. I have full service and it still won’t connect. It’s hit or miss. I delete the app and down load it again. It still won’t work. It’s easier to just call it in on the automated service.
