The Worst - almost made me miss my flight

This app grossly underestimated my tsa wait time and if my flight had not been delayed I would have missed my plane. Then it inaccurately alerted me that my flight was three hours late when it was only two hours late. If I didn't check other sources, I would still be sitting at that airport. Bad information is much more dangerous than none at all.

Interface is not very intuitive, and it seems much more interested in letting me "share" my trip (free advertising for them I guess) than setting up my trip. Not especially accurate, basically pointless.

I 'was' loving this app but the arrival time was off by 45 minutes! It kept saying the flight was on time when it actually arrived early and it didn't update! Bummer.

The app continues to tell me my flights are two hours delayed. Seems coincidental that I'm in a time zone two different then home. Checked airline site and my flights are on time. Did it on multiple flights over two weeks. Pretty big flaw for a travel app.

Saw this on Jeff Rosen's report on The Today Show and immediately downloaded it. This is our second time using it and we're in love. Their TSA wait-time has been spot-on accurate. Easy to download and use, regular significant updates, a little fun trivia and a ton of useful info. Convenient restaurants and shopping are a snap with this. Our 3 adult daughters and their husbands are onboard, too.
Info would be more accurate without an app

I usually complain when things don't work right but I am willing to pitch in and help when I can. Last week I complained when you posted information on security waits at Miami airport was wildly inaccurate. Your response was to help you out by making reports by using the "Fleet It" button. Today, I am sitting at my gate and am trying to make reports and all I get is a message that say "Not at Airport. You need to be at the airport to make reports." The only way I would be more at the airport is if I was on an airplane waiting at the runway. I had high hopes for your app but no longer.

Saw it reviewed on Today show. Not what they said. Does not give current status of different security check points. Just tells how crowded security is. At least for Charlotte. Also said checkin was not busy and line was out the door. Gives some random trivia about airports but always the same so gets repetitive. Fly to same airports all time so don't need the map of food and bars but could be useful if you don't know airport.
