Earning Miles

Good app but recent update messed it up

I enjoy the app and think several of the features are really thought out and cool. The recent update though caused the miles rewards feature to stop working on Garmin.
FEET FLEET APP A NO- GO

Sent them an email wanting to update my account with a new e- mail address. They not only did NOT update my account, they took away my $15 reward given to me by my local store. When I sent another email to try to rectify the situation, they don’t even reply!! PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

But the Strava integration for earning rewards based on miles run isn’t working. The update today didn’t fix it...

I am a big fleet feet fan and very loyal to the company but the app doesn’t have my locations listed. It doesn’t have any of the fleet feet Chicago areas included in the app. I don’t know if it is a bug but I hope it is addressed soon.
Good for keeping track of purchases

This app has potential however if it won’t keep track of miles logged from Garmin, it’s not much use. Mileage rewards are based on miles logged, it they can never be earned if they won’t transfer. Several ‘fixes’ have been tried none of which were successful.
Needs Apple & NRC/MMR

I’m not going to use a Garmin when I have an Apple Watch, nor do I use Strava when Nike Run Club, MapMyRun, and Runtastic are my favorite workout/running apps. This means many of us are not going to earn any miles until they add these options.
