App won't fully load so I can open it. Keeps asking to turn on location services so I can find other deals. I don't want other deals, it's an app for FLAT TOP!!

I just downloaded app at a Flat Top Grill location. First I was surprised when I got an email from flok, not Flat Top. Then when I tried to punch my visit by scanning the QR code, the app locked up. The app never asked permission to use my camera so nothing happened. I played around a bit and tried taking a photo for my settings, but again it locked up never asking permission for the camera. Pretty useless if I can't punch my visits! I'm going to turn off location devices and wait to see if there is an update! By the way, App Support is NOT for users. There is no way to contact developers with questions or help. I don't usually post poor reviews without contacting the developer first, but you gave me no choice.

Love the mobile punch card, it’s the best thing in this app. The chat also sounds really cool but haven’t used it yet. Overall great app.

Every time I visit FTG I get a punch on my card which brings me closer to getting an awesome deal. When I first joined I got a free app! Definitely use this the next time you visit and you'll get rewarded too. Bonus, the app is really easy to use and visually appealing as well :)

1st issue is you ask to have access to my location even when I'm not using the app. That's not gonna happen, I like my battery life. 2nd issue is I can't even use the app. It's stuck on the loading screen.

Every time I attempt to use this app it crashes upon startup. Love this place, it's one of my favorites but it's incredibly annoying when I can't utilize the "points" I accumulate by going so often. Fix this!
