Pod Racing for the iPad

If you have been looking for an iPad game that recreates the Star Wars PC pod racing game that was marketed to accompany the release of The Phantom Menace: this is it. It doesn't have any overt Star Wars references or the personality of the original PC game, but it's fun nonetheless. Multiplayer isn't yet supported; let's hope the developers roll this out soon. The price is right.

now wifi, time and battery life are displayed during gameplay (ipod 5th gen). this is not a good thing! also be nice if graphics where better on my device but at least it runs smooth now.
Still no Wipeout for ios

This isn't a racing game. The game pretty much steers itself, leaving you wondering why you should even bother tilting your device. Bad graphics and framerate, even on Ipad Air. I'm a huge Wipeout fan, and the screeenshots gave me hope for at least a decent futuristic combat racer, but it just really, really isn't here. Nor is a decent racing game of any stripe. Delete.
Maneuverability and weapons

I've played keeping my hands as steady as possible but always hit the walls. Work on making a way for a vehicle to be more resistant to weapons and in doing so increase ammo for weapon upgrades
Device statusbar always visible

My statusbar showing the time, battery and signal strength of my iPhone is always visible in the game. It's a little annoying. I love the game though!
Needs update

Honetly i think the second flashout was better. They should have modeled this game after the last one. The controls are definetly sketchy and the speed is crazy fast for the starting vehicle, you can hardly see where your going. And what the hell is an accelerometer and emmisive equalizer??? Seriously.....
