To use the flashlight you need your phone unlocked and on. If I have to turn my phone on, I'll just swipe up from the screen. It's not free, but ad-ware.

I downloaded this app because I wanted to be able to use my iwatch to turn my iPhone's led light on or off remotely. It did not work.

The continuous ads are bad enough but the pop-up ads are super bright and obnoxious. I'll be deleting this app.

Deleted this app after finding it inundates you with advertising. Also... the flashlight automatically comes on upon app launch. To save battery life, should be the other way around - off on launch and turn on by pressing the screen button.
