If the "attach my account" button does not work the first time, uninstall the app and reinstall it. It did not work at first, but after reinstalling it worked great! If you are creating an account, I suggest doing it on a PC or any computer, but do not use an iPad, iPhone, or any tablet because it may crash. Works fine on webpage, too.
Installs fine, alerts work!

Developer's website says that they found a bad setting and things are working now. Works for me!

I have been trying for weeks to get signed up. Every time I fill out the information, it crashes before I can submit my info. I have deleted the app and re downloaded it, I have turned my iPad off and back on again. I don't know what to do. I used it last year to get school closure info for my kiddos, and I loved it, very convenient when I can get it to work.

When I try to make an account, it crashes my phone and its IMPOSSIBLE save your self from the hassle of signing up it takes FOREVER I would give it 0 stars if I could

We have nearly 3" of snow tonight so I was expecting to see something from my app. I received a push notification showing the info and there was a badge on the app saying I had 1 alert to view. Seems to be working fine for me. I read a lot of negative reviews and was skeptical to bother downloading it. I hope it helps to know I have an iphone 6 with ios10. Good luck!
Needs an update

App hasn't been updated in over 4 years, and it looks like it. Also gives an error on iPhone 7, "FlashAlert may slow down your iPhone. The developer of this app needs to update it to improve its compatibility."

I was excited to use this app, but whenever I tried creating an account the app would crash on me. Making me start all over, only to have it crash again.
