Sound not working

I had the other app that was free worked fine then all of sudden just got a black screen so I purchased for 1.99. Now no sound I don’t see where to adjust settings to turn sound on or off, volume is up all the way.

My daughter & her friends are loving this! Only draw back was they decided to be monkeys and actually jump on the bed. Really love all the various animations, especially when the dog chases the cat!

Kids come back to this game a lot. Pretty cool that each child has their own music genre preference! Recommended app!

The monkeys never jumped off bed, I never saw any words go across the screen as if it were a story being told. I am sorely disappointed it has not done what it said it would do.

This is HORRIBLE! There's no way to x out after the song is finished and it plays the same phrase over and over again. I bought it for my autistic son because it is interactive but it is one causing a lot of frustrations because he can't rewind or close out. Did anyone seriously test this? This is Q/A 101 people!!!!

Whenever it starts, or re-starts, it goes to a screen asking for a parent login. Meanwhile, toddler has no idea what to do. Has to bring it to Mommy each time. Pain in the neck.

There is so much to love about this app! My boys and I have sang this song since they were little, they are now 4&8 and continue to love it. My little guy always gets a big smile on his face when we open this app. The colorful animations are wonderful, the many surprise interactions are delightful and the song, with the choices of country, pop or rock, is so much fun to listen to! As a parent, I love the highlighted text, always a plus for my budding readers and the counting game is fun and educational, perfect for my preschooler. I would HIGHLY recommend this great family friendly app for parents of preschoolers!
