Not bad for a startup company

This app is not a scam. I think it’s very reasonably priced for what it delivers. The app did crash for several days, which was frustrating, but customer support contacted me quickly to apologize. I do think the voice over is quite annoying, though. It looks like the exercise instructor in the videos is likely speaking a different language, which is fine, but the voice over talks nonstop and sounds very formal (yet overly cheerful at the same time). The instructor’s is my biggest complaint about the current version of the app...but that is obviously a personal problem on my part! ?
Doesn’t work most of the time

I downloaded this app June 20. The 3 day trial worked fine so I decided to get the paid version. I paid for it on the 24th. I used it for 2 days then I wasn’t able to get on. I contacted customer service and they said they were having issues. When it came back on, the days were delayed. I could only see June 28th as “today” when in reality it was the 30th. And today is the 9th of July but the app is showing July 5th. The paid app doesn’t work.if you want to keep track of you workouts, water, and get the guidance, I would recommend to use another app.

Run. You can’t reach anyone with problems. They take a full subscription of money and disappear - sending bounce back email that they will get to you. I tried reaching them through twitter and Facebook - nothing. I’ve never dealt with anything like this before - ever - THE WORST.

this app is honestly ridiculous... i got it & wanted a free trial, once i scanned my thumb to download on the app store, i realized it had just charged me $51.... DO NOT FALL FOR IT
