It immediately charges you and won’t let you out, wouldn’t recommend

I bought the full access to this app and wish I never did. There are so many more useful apps out there. The workouts they give you are limited, the automated showing they have of each workout is terrible and you can’t even create your own workout. The meals they give you are average and basic. All these things you find in this app you can find on Pinterest. I regret buying this and wish I never had. I hope there are major changes made (like create your own workout schedule or find schedules for anaerobic vs aerobic workouts!) Wish I could get my money back.

So the content is good and I love that it tracks your calories and exercises and everything. But the glitches are terrible !!! I will be in the middle of a set and all of a sudden it starts counting down again and makes you restart that set. Once it gets stuck it cycles like this forever and then it doesn’t track your workout cause you end up just having to cancel out of it. Also be careful when signing up. I wanted to do the week trial and then the 1 time lifetime access fee. But since I signed up for the one week trial and it expired apple just bills me the same amount as the lifetime trial but I will only get 6 months use out of it.

They charge me even if I canceled the subscription on time. After trying the free trial i canceled the subscription and deleted the app. After checking y bank account 3 months later I see they charged me anyways. I can even use it because my daughter hates it. I do not recommended at all.

This has been not fun. I was very quickly charged for this app and it’s use, I accidentally hit a button and I was out $50. I tried to figure out from support what I had signed up for and the man that answered told me there would be no recurring charges, but I feel like that is not true. I tried to delete the app in my settings for the App Store and no one can locate the subscription. I can’t see it, Apple support can’t see it and I am having to make a trip to the Apple store to get this corrected. There are more honest applications out there, don’t bother with this one.

Why would you have this free download but gotta pay for your workout plan that dumb if you want to make money have people pay to get the app not sell them lost hopes highly don’t recommend this app its stupid and backwards bye

I wish this app work properly cause I’d rate it a 5 if I didn’t have so many issues. This app is awesome for workouts and exercise ideas to target specific muscles. I love that it shows you how to do each exercise. Problems I’ve encountered include: 1. if you pause the exercise it throws off the next exercise. 2. I am unable to sign in using my original login where I have a weeks of progress(I reached out and hopefully it’s resolved) 3. it keeps getting stuck on the same exercise replaying the same exercise unless I select next exercise (auto play on or off) 4. when needing to do 1 side and then another it doesn’t play the second set it moves on to next exercise and then plays that same exercise again so I only did left arm and not right. 5. Lastly when pausing or skipping at all during the workout it didn’t allow me to finish. Just kept playing same exercise with 0 tome remaining on the workout. Please fix these bugs or prevent them from happening if I skip exercises or pause the workout!

I’m not sure what’s going on, but I paid the $49.99 subscription and I don’t have access to the actual app. I’m super annoyed and upset. Don’t purchase app!!
