This app is awesome ?? Exactly what I needed! The app has great exercises and a calendar to keep track. Everyday the workout exercises are different and it gets harder after few days. Thanks for the good work ??

I really like the workouts they have in each section, but it’s too easy. This might just be my personal opinion but the amount of.. example: push-ups (10) is just too easy for me. I have increased my repetitions of each exercise, which works. But I think they should have a setting where you can chose intermediate moderate or intense workouts for each section. Other then that this app is great and completely free (which is an added bonus!)

After downloading like 15 fitness apps that had hidden membership fees, I finally found one that doesn’t! Workouts seem good for more beginner types, but that’s what I want right now. Nice to not have to pay to access the app fully.

Won’t let me progress from day 1

I was doing the sexy legs and butt workout and I got to day 5 when I had skipped a day because I didn’t have time and I had assumed I would either just continue where I was or it would make me start from the beginning which would have been fine. It didn’t seem to reset any of the progress but when I clicked on the next day it took me to the day 1 workout but i didnt think much of it because i figured it was just making me start over. The next day I clicked on day 2 and it took me to the day 1 workout again. I figured it was a glitch and tried to do the day 2 workout a few more times. After it still didn’t work I figured I could just delete the app and redownload it. So I did and I did day 1 and the next day I click on day 2 and it brings me to do day 1. After a few more days of repeating the same thing I just got sick of it. PLEASE fix this glitch. I was really enjoying this app before this.
