This is my future, is to be a United States Marine in MARSOC. So I am glad that they came out with this app so I know what I need to train and prepare for. Great app to have, everybody needs to get it. Ooh Rah

Very comprehensive and in depth!! If you want to take your workout to the next level this is it. Forget Shaun T and P90X!!!

I'm trying to get back into shape since I got out and this app is really awesome. It's very comprehensive and really easy to track progression. The only thing I was disappointed about is that the Marine in the example pictures wasn't wearing extra small silkies. Where the hell is my motivation supposed to come from??

The creators did an absolutely fantastic job on this app! Simple yet comprehensive; an excellent workout plan regardless to whether you're preparing for the A&S or just a normal person desperately searching for the right fitness app (like myself). I'm especially pleased and thankful to the creators for keeping it free!! I personally would highly recommend the app and hope for it to have more publicity in the future!! Let me just warn you, it's gonna make you sweat! Like another reviewer stated, FORGET Shaun T. and P90X, this is the real deal (and 100% free)!!! ;D

Uses a crawl, walk, run phase that makes this workout program capable for anyone with the right determination!! Very detailed app and very easy to follow. Recommend to anyone who is looking to get into shape.

There is only a number under the movement preparation, is that in reps or sets of reps? Also under movement preparation it says butt kicks are 15 reps of 15 seconds, but in the pdf it says 15 seconds just one time and not 14 more times. which one is it? Very nice app otherwise , from what i've noticed. Good job.
