I tried the initial app, then Purchased the pro version many years ago. This used to be my daily go to app. I could easily use it on my phone, or on my Apple Watch. I could also sync my workouts on my iPad, create new workouts on the iPad, and transfer them to the iPhone via the cloud. All of that ease of use went away with following app upgrades. I’ve lost all of my workouts, even what was backed up to iCloud. Even though I purchased the app, now I need to check out a subscription if I want the “pro” features, and giving the developer and endless revenue stream for features that never seem to come. Syncing with the Apple Watch becomes unstable, and I get an error message. Using the share feature from the iPad becomes unstable and it crashes the iPad. This is a great example of “should’ve left well enough alone.” Moving on.

It's a great way to track your workouts. Love the displays and instructions. Only issue I have is the way the timer and breaks is set up. If they could simplify that it would be the perfect app.

My opinion is this has to be one of the best fitness apps! Just add some more exercises so I don't have make my own and it's a 6 out 5 star! Edit (still great app BUT UPDATE THE ANDROID VERSION!!) Made my friend get the app for his Samsung phone and that one is trash so glitchy and old and missing ALOT of features! It made me look like an idiot because I swore by this app and he got it, it’s a bad app on android !

Totally bummed right after purchase. They don’t include everything. Have to buy monthly packages or specific programs to unlock additional exercises. Will have to make due with what is included and see how that works.

I love this app. It was built by people who understand how body builders flow at the gym.

It’s nice to be able to log my lifting workouts through my phone instead of hauling a book around. I typically find what exercise I’m looking for. It’s also awesome that it has visuals.

This app is great! I use it with my iWatch and it's so easy to use during a workout. Being able to track and see my logs of workouts helps keep me motivated and see I need to get back to the gym.

This app used to be great but now they want a subscription for things I used to get for free. I already paid for the app. Stop being greedy.

The app is simple. Graphics do look dated. On the phone it’s a simple and great way to log weight lifting activities. I do like the automatic rest timer after every rep. Great how you can either log reps or time. My biggest gripe is that the phone and Apple Watch have issues syncing. The phone app will try to upload data but the watch will either sit there or sync forever and then just time out. It would tell me turn off the app on the phone’s Watch app and turn it back on. Syncing is broken.
