I don't know about you but I really needed a workout instructor. This helps and it's so much cheaper than a trainer too!

Great fitness app. I needed to find something easy to use while traveling and this little fitness app did the trick. It's got every you need to keep you motivated and help you track your routines. At least for me, I found it very useful.

I am glad I found this fitness app. The Facebook group is great too. I have been staying on schedule and the exercises really help. It's pretty easy too which is nice.

Crashes, Won't Open

I installed this on my iPhone and iPad mini and this app keeps crashing on both. When I go to start a workout the screen spazzes out and blinks rapidly before crashing. I spent ten minutes uninstalling, reinstalling, closing and reopening on both devices with no luck. I am now deleting the app. Don't waste your time.
