After cooking foods to maintain healthy eating standards for a while, I became very bored from what I was eating. Then I stumbled over an article Kevin Curry wrote at a fitness website. Clicked a couple of links and found FitMenCook. Tons of recipes and it’s really piqued my interest in cooking again. Then learned about the app. One of the best and easiest apps to navigate. Every recipe I’ve followed from the app has never disappointed. It’s great and definitely a must-have for those who like to cook or even just learning how to.

One time payment worth every penny, it’s conveniently categorized, it comes with demo videos and there’s not a lot of foreign ingredients like most recipes, eating healthy without the overwhelming preparation!

This makes eating healthy and meal prep so easy. Not only is the food amazing but this app makes it so easy to shop and cook each meal. The food was good, I felt good, and I looked good thanks to these recipes.
