I absolutely love this ap and the developer

Cheerleader0216

I have been using this ap for over two years. I have logged and tracked everything. I did something that deleted all my hard work and nothing I did would bring it back. They worked for two weeks to restore all I had lost. Customer service is remarkable. Give them a chance if you have issues they are very knowledgeable.

Best app

CoachWaddy

Helps you keep track of your work out and what days you went.

Didn’t work

Lt. Frank Bullitt

I liked the description, and downloaded it. It prompted me to login or create an account. I wasn’t thrilled at having to create another account for something, but it gave the option to login using Facebook. I chose the Facebook option, which opened my Facebook, I clicked “allow” it then gave me an error message saying there was a problem setting up the account. I tried multiple times and got the same error message. I then deleted the app.

Great App, One Major Flaw

logiebones

Overall, this is an amazing. I love how customizable it is & the overall app setup is very rewarding. However, this is a major flaw that leaves room for improvement. Some exercises are duration based, rather than weight. For these exercises you have a timer to hit when you begin said exercise. Unfortunately, that timer makes no noise once the time has run out. This renders useless in most situations (i.e. handstand holds). In addition to this, the timer sometimes stops counting down if the screen on my device goes dim, though this isn’t a regular occurrence. With this fixed, Fitlist will become near perfect as a workout app.

Very disappointed

Tief13

I went back and forth on this and Strong. I ended up going with FitList because it was 2.99 a month as opposed to 5.99. The app didn’t sync with my watch and the app just didn’t perform as advertised. My expectations were low and they were not met. Not ideal for serious lifters, good for those who have time to play on their phone instead of working out.

Good. For a while.

Itinerant1

Thing keeps crashing as soon as I tap the app.

Notes

Hosea the iPhone

This app is great and very easy to use! One thing that would be great is when you set up a workout routine, when you add an exercise, you can add notes as well so when you do the routine, you can see your notes for each exercise as you do them.

Useful features hidden behind paywall

LilBoiBiscuits

This app used to allow you to see your exercise history while you were in the exercise log. Now that’s a “paid” feature and you have to manually go back and find the exercises. No search feature, no workaround. $20/year for something you can write in a notebook or your Notes app is theft.

Not Optimized for Apple Watch

TieraAnnette

I’ve had other issues with this app before but today I could not stop the app on my Apple Watch. I was entering the workouts on my Apple Watch and they were not showing up on my phone and vice versa. Then after ending the workout, closing the app on my phone it is STILL open on my Apple Watch. I think I might have to delete the app to get it off my watch! I wrote this in a review months ago and it still isn’t fixed so I think I’m finally done with this app.

Perfect for the garage gym specialist

CoachWebb77

I workout at home with a minimal amount of equipment in my garage. This app allows me to keep track of my activities(types of exercises), track total volume(total reps and time exercised), track intensity(total weight lifted) and allows me to create workouts. It has tons of exercises to choose from to create your own workouts and if the exercise your looking for is not listed you can add it to your exercise library. I’ve had this app for more than two years and it has kept track of all my fitness data. All in all, it’s a very flexible app that does what you need it to do.
