Will not work

This will not work with my new Elliptical S5Xi like the instructions said it would. Only get an X when the Bluetooth is turned on and it will not go any further. Won’t sync.

Most people don’t read the manual like I did the first time when I installed this app, after I registered on the apps website I first connected my iPad to my BH S1Ti threadmill after which the app connected with ease. I would have given a 5 but the app is very basic.

It does not work. Connects counts down to start 3 2 1 nothing.

I can not use with my new BH treadmill because the app gives me an "x" when trying to register. It gives no explanation as to why I can not register. I've tried all different types of passwords and still nothing. Tread monitor is another useless app where the profile menu does not let you scroll down to input a correct height and weight.

Love that I get more programs using this app than what came on my BH bike. Plus it looks cool. Very awesome to get some work done while I workout, jump start on the day

If i had know how bad the support apps are, i wouldn't have bought the elliptical.
