Map Does not work

All connected and synced. Open map and all I see is blue. No sign of my street anywhere. Finally shrunk the map an found my street but no locator signal. Map wouldn’t really be if much use even if it worked.

Tried using this app multiple times and it will not find my charge 3. My Fitbit app is connected and synced.

I’m only rating this app 1 star bc the alarm thing works okay(but not like good-goes off to much and useless if I put more time before it alerts me).Now,the map wouldn’t work!!i allowed my location and everything else.I delete the app get it back,won’t work!!!Every time I open up the map it brings me to this ocean near Africa(I live in the U.S.A).wouldn't recommend as a very good helper :(☹️
