Can someone tell me how you even navigate this app? It’s quite horrendous IMO. No one even close to NYC?! That makes no sense. Avoid!

I created an account on my iPad. Then tried to use my iPhone too sign in. Not a chance as the app is too stupid (or stupidly programmed) to check its own database of existing accounts
