We do a fair number of trips from Florida to the Bahamas and I have found Fishweather to be the most accurate app for wind speed and wave heights.

I loved the app until I went out yesterday out of Key Biscayne, Miami. Fishweather said between 2.0-2.5 foot waves by fowey Rock and in actuality it was abut 3-5 minimum. Wouldn't have gone out if it wasn't for this app giving me bad info.

A week in and it seems great. Love the chart option. Has all the wind stations. I fish daily in the puget sound and keep an eye on this app always.

I have literally every nautical app in the store this is the only one that you need! Takes a while to learn the settings and nomenclature, could use a tutorial but if you stick with it you'll figure it out. Upgraded to gold totally worth it
