This game is entertaining, but it is costly and a con job. Team events, one team called Indian this weekend had 773 levels cleared, that is not possible. The events end quicker and quicker so that you have to buy more diamonds. The level get hard and are NOT designed for toddlers. These are simply thieves hiding behind a keyboard. You do at least get some entertainment with these hackers though.

They take money for purchases and offer no compensation. Also , I was told they and developers are aware of them problem. And still nothing. Their monthly earnings exceed 225 million dollars and they can’t do anything. I’m coping and pasting what I sent to them. It is wrong and unethical to continue and sell a "gold pass" for Five Dollars near the end of an event while aware of current glitches and game play problems resulting in an inability for the game to naturally progress along with a backlog of customer questions and complaints that create a foreseeable inability to address Any customer questions or problems. This provides a bleak look into the windows of your company which clearly has no value of customers It appears there is a complete lack of any customer related core issues or beliefs, and values only the personal information taken from customers as well as any other monetary amount they receive from them. The fact that your company is aware of these issues and continues to allow and process purchases during a time ( with full knowledge) that the customers will not be able to fully use the item and will have no return contact during the time frame is borderline if not completely fraudulent. This, coupled with a complete lack of ANY due diligence of contacting customers regarding the issues or offering any compensation as far as time, boosters, a pass for the next event is incredulous during this time period of people looking to choose to do business with companies based on value of product and ethics. The fact that I have to even ask for some type of compensation is ludicrous after you are aware of the issues. The offer of immediately “putting into play” a one time limited 30 minute booster upon opening the app is ridiculous. Your profits have increased dramatically over the last years. With over 180 million active users - if even only a quarter purchased a pass that would be 225 million dollars a month in revenue not including other purchases for gem packets or advertising revenue or information brokering. Surely, you can do better. I would like my past reported problems and purchase to be reevaluated for some type of proper compensation. Thank you.
