They charged me an extra 20 bucks after I accepted the final invoice. RIPOFF. Your information is not safe with fishbrain, as they will charge you extra after the fact. My 32 dollar invoice shows over a 50 dollar charge on my account. FISHBRAIN should be ashamed at their behavior. Customer service NON EXISTENT. Horrible at everything thus far. UPDATE- Fishbrain replied and thinks this is my fault. What a joke of a company. My invoice jumps over 20 dollars after I accept the charge with the added 2 dollar tax. Fishbrain this is for you - GROW UP. Blame the customer constantly and you straight up lie and steal from us. Horrible platform to purchase anything, even an upgraded membership is a nightmare to deal with. You should be ashamed for your actions fishbrain! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ON THIS APP.

It used to be where u could check the tide on the free version and it was absolutely amazing and i loved how they left that alone for the free users. Now i have to pay to check the weather. Absolutely ridiculous

I don’t don’t understand why you and your team bunched everything up when clicking on a profile. It’s nice to see the whole gallery out in front as opposed to looking at every single fish one by one. Please get this fixed, thanks.

Personally I fish for the fun and when I catch a fish the thing on my mind is to not miss treat or hurt the fish. As well as to be careful and seeing photos of people holding bloody fish or all banged up or even dead fish gets me mad.As well as fish with dirt or leafs and sticks on them, I get it happens once in a while that you drop a fish here and there but it’s almost every post.This gets me sad because it’s a great sport and sooner than we know it is going to be hard to catch them or even nonexistent in most spots. Other than that it’s a descent app.

I have paid to use the “pro” and it doesn’t even work have tried closing and re opening the app so I guess my 24.99 was wasted …..

Not sure why they even have private lakes/fishing spots listed..wasted a trip with my son this evening going to purely private fishing spots with no trespassing signs…that would be some good information to have listed
