Ugh i used to have this game but then i got rid of it, about 7 months later i downloaded it and it said i was some girl named Meghan and i never had that account in my phone and it wont let you out

So I just downloaded this app for the first time and it says I'm level 11 and it looks like it gave me someone else's tank. Not sure what to do to fix.
