I remember now why I stopped playing this game! The game slowed down tremendously which wouldnt be so bad but You have to swim over the fish 2-3 times before you can eat them, the sensitivity isn't there. It takes 3-4 times of trying to click the hold button before the game actually pauses. Half the time the sound for the bonus bubbles dings but there's no bonus bubble. There is no SAVE button so if you go to another app or answer the phone, it restarts the game from the beginning and you loose everything!! This game has so much potential but is lacking in so many ways. ? Previous review before update: For all the "its too hard" folks, its definitely not easy, but a it is challenge which can be a ton of fun. I have been playing this for a year and its one of my FAVORITE apps. Thank goodness you can put the game on hold/pause. You will have fun with practice and some BASIC TIPS for a long fun game -- - hold the screen steady - smooth moves, not jerky or too quick. theres no time limit so you dont have to go after every fish. - dont get too close to the edge/sides. leave enough room for you to get away from fish coming out. - get bigger by eating each size fish - bar across the top tells you how many more, circle at the bottom tells you which fish you can eat. -you NEVER get big enough to eat the shark. only all the other fish - and ya cannot eat those darn spiky ones and jellys. - once you are big - eat lots of sand dollars - every 50 get you a new life - more lives, more chances to play - try to go for the 1+ (life) bubbles, snow flake (freeze), and yellow (invisible) bubbles - AVOID the lightning bolt bubbles - they just bring on more bad fish (yes they get rid of some, but twice as many come) - spiky blow fish move diagonal and sideways - not up and down, so you can be directly under them and survive - if stung by a jelly fish you go opposite of your screen tilt, but it only last a few seconds so tilt where you want and hold steady. - you can outrun all the fish, they are good for short burst, just be careful what you run into! Hope it helps. PS - developers MY WISH is to have the sharks eat jelly and spikys when they come through - clear a path so to speak.

Really appreciate the removal of ads, but as a fan of "Something Fishy," this app needs some serious work. 1. The fish flying by is completely ridiculous. Makes the game too hard in the early stages. 2. The first stage is way too long. The number of fish needed to progress to the next level needs to be cut in half AT LEAST. This will keep people coming back much more.

Instead this game when the first iPhone came out and my dad got one and we played this game... I come back in 2014 and the only thing that's changed is the controls. Please add the ability to eat the quill fish and maybe even the shark! Thanks!

The game is way to hard. It's a good concept but still there are more fish that try to eat you than there are that you can eat. And after you've spent 10 minutes filling up your circle so you can become bigger, they can just eat you and then you lose. The controls are bad too. This game has potential but it is way to hard.

Nice idea with potential but starts out too fast & with too many big fish. Directional controls are hard & with losing so many times so fast it is difficult to get enough practice to master them. If the game started out slower & gradually increased in difficulty it would be interesting. I gave up.

Fish doesn't even move on my phone. I've tried resetting the game, etc still doesn't work.

The game is really fun, it's a little hard to play, but it's fixable. Really fun game!
