It is a nice game my kid loves the fish but it keeps freezing! Please fix this

It gets boring pretty fast. Leveling up is a pain, and even in the third installment it’s lackluster... cross-breeding was fun for only a little bit, and getting skill points was even slower than leveling.

I loved this game for a long time and still play it occasionally. Tonight I went in to play it and noticed the auto feeder I paid for is no longer in some of the tanks. I believe I paid around $5.00 for this option. I don’t know how to put in a work order. Please tell me what to do.
