I have multiple banks I deal with on a daily basis and this is by far the worse mobile app I have they added Touch ID which never works accessing my credit card sends me to a different link I have to go in the bank for all my transactions I make thanks to this

Worst app. Worst credit union to deal with. The text alerts do not work. The balances do not update all the time. You can not transfer funds through the app on holidays. You can not enroll as a new user through the app. I wouldn't give any stars but it force you to at least give the app one star ?

Works fine i don't know what all this complaining is about transferring is easy, logging in is too.

It was working fine. Got a new iPhone 7, downloaded the app, signed in ok, now no matter what I do it will not let me deposit a check! That was the whole purpose of downloading the app. My husband is a professional photographer, and he could not even take a photo that satisfies the app, just keeps saying "retake front" and "retake back" image. Now of course I have to make another trip to the bank!

If your bank account gets hacked. The bank will NOT give you your money back. They will find a reason to say that you did the crime. So You'll have to fight for the money.

This app crashes all the time. Please fix so I can do deposits form home.

So many aspects can alter your experience with this app: device, WiFi, service provider...With that said, I have had zero problems with my 6S plus. The recent addition of Touch ID is fabulous! And Firstmark is a great CU!

Got this account for my business. Use the app to scan checks and tells me that I need to log into app to scan checks. Doesn't make sense. I'm already in the app. Please fix or I'm gonna have to go somewhere else.
