Escalation is a downward spiral.

A nuclear armageddon is no one’s dream scenario. So choose your steps carefully, it’s a small path between war and peace. FIRST STRIKE is a great strategy simulation featuring snappy gameplay and an intuitive interface that makes dropping the big one as easy as ABC. But be sure to take the right measures to guarantee your people’s safety.

Pick one of the big nuclear players – from known Superpowers to an upstart hellraiser like North Korea – and plan your strategy wisely: Limited but clever options let you as the leader of your superpower steer your nation’s fate: Expand to other countries, build bombs or debuild in order to restructure your arsenal. Or use research to widen your options, such as: Ability to act quicker and build bigger bombs, better recon on your enemies actions, automated self-defense-sequences and many more.

Whether you’re a bloodthirsty warmonger or a tree-hugging hippie – it’s time to put your cards on the table. A quick and fun game with beautiful graphics, FIRST STRIKE shows you how little it takes to heat things up. With the tip of your finger you can control the destiny of the precious and vulnerable rock floating through space, the rock we call mothership Earth.

I love this GAME!!!
angiii!

I play this game like everyday it’s a very fun strategic game which is so cool! Just fighting everyone that comes your way! I think what would be cool if we could have an option to send troops and fight and take over ! Idk I was thinking bout it

Needs a REAL set of instructions
kevred480

This game could’ve been so much better, if the developers had simply invested in a real set of instructions. Apparently, they think that their controls are inherently intuitive. But they are NOT. The research option is a specially opaque. I can never tell if I have chosen a research direction, or if it’s just telling me what it’s doing - it’s very stupid. Also, why on earth do you have to do research by each country? It is needlessly complicated. Also, they never explain the controls at the bottom. What did they do? How does it work? Essentially, I am learning the game by trial and error. Or, perhaps I should say that I WAS learning the game that way – I am done now… Waste of money.

Very good game, but victory freezes
Jholden854

I really enjoy this game, but for the past few games it’s frozen every time I win. The globe doesn’t move, I can only access some of the buttons, and I never see the victory screen with the statistics. If this bug didn’t exist, First Strike would be five stars from me.

Best Game By Far!!!
Colt3945

This has to be one of the best most enjoyable games I’ve played on the AppStore in a while. Most games usually feel weird with their controls but this is definitely not one of them. If you are not a fan of strategy, then this might not be for you, but if you are, try this game out.

Awesome Game
Cool Augustus

I love this game but I wish it had Multiplayer so everyone could play together.

Fix and add
Haloboy1223

Fix the problem when you kill every super power and the game does not give us the you win and add more super powers but I still love this game and I tell my friends Loyal player Caleb

Fun..
Glad that he download

Overall, it’s a really fun game, and I would recommend buying it. However, every time I get close to finishing a game and have to close the app, it deletes all of my saved data. This has happened several times in several different games and makes me start again from the beginning. Plz fix.

Fantastic game to spend 15 minutes on.. or hours.

Love this game, but wanted to let the dev know I encountered a strange bug. I was playing as North Korea trying to get the Oceania achievement and I had captured every single territory on the map except the final piece of Australia, which was held by what was left of China. So I used my infiltrators to take that spot, it froze for a second, said I unlocked Australia, then was just locked in place. I could fire missiles, use powers, and see that everyone was dead in the diplomacy menu, but I couldn’t move the globe and it wouldn’t say I won. I quit and loaded the save, then it said I unlocked Israel and I could spin the globe, but it still didn’t give me the “You Won” screen, instead I was just able to look around and fire missiles and stuff. It still gave me the rewards in the menu and said I had beaten it with N.Korea, but I just thought it was a strange bug.

Good game, but...
The Hunting Wolf

There’s this bug that keeps on nagging me. I have been able to trigger it multiple times, and I know what causes it. So when the audio cue for the end of a First strike plays, if I open the research menu, a part of the First Strike theme would play over the audio cue until it was over, when Still Time would begin playing. Other than that, a great game that I will enjoy for quite some time.

Great game
Dogfight huff

This is a fun and great strategy game although I was trying to win on hardcore as Russia and I beat West Europe but my globe wouldn’t move then I exited and went back in and nothing happened then I tried restarting and then didn’t get the achievement this game also has a ton of other bugs like with the diplomacy menu where it disappears a bunch or certain country’s will not show up in that menu.
