I have had to reinstall the app multiple times due to a bug where it lets me log in but never loads any account data.
I drive OTR. It is a very convenient app. I can check balance, transfer funds and check deposits. Really like this app.
They made it so easy to approve you, however to close out was so difficult. Log ins are complicated because you have to keep getting a verification code even after registering your computer as safe. I was deployed and was trying to get assistance before I left. I mentioned I was deploying and I was trying to work it over the app that I won’t be able to use the card. I never got the help. Now when I finally get access one year later from returning and approval to close out, they ruined my credit history. I kept paying off my balance and they charged me again after I continued to request to close out my account after clearing it. I returned from deployment and I was on the phone waiting to be assisted. I never got a line picked up. Also statements via email is a scam. You have to log in to their website and open documents and you never see it again after that statement period. I never got a notification I had a remaining fee only a notification my card has been closed.. my email correspondence on the app no longer shows as I try to dispute my situation.. they cleared all evidence. This ruined my credit. NEVER RECOMMENDING THEM. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Super easy to set up and still offers security. Also their customer service is easy to get ahold of without going through an automated message demanding to know what you’re calling about. Thank you for being user friendly and not creating obstacles.
Taking picture of the check and trying to deposit into account doesn’t work. Kept kicking me out of the app after the I take picture of the back of the check.
Ugh I never leave reviews unless something really ticks me off. This app is so crappy. Not user friendly at all. No clear way to make a payment. You have a two step process that takes DAYS to add an account to make a payment. Hate hate hate.
