Was a pretty good browser, but now severely broken!

Last week’s update broke two big things: (1) the refresh button goes to a new blank tab instead of refreshing, and (2) the tabs no longer keep their text and icon for more than a short while. For someone who keeps several (okay, lots) tabs open all the time and refreshes to see new news, this is a big problem. Not sure how long I should wait for a fix before trying a different browser.

Garbage. I have to force close the app and reopen every 10 minutes, because it freezes. The reload button opens a new window. A joke!

Many pictures showing as negatives

Firefox is unable to show all pictures correctly recently. Many pictures show as negative images from film. While it is not all sites or images the problem is persistent rendering the app hardly useable. I have searched high and low how to remedy this o no avail. I have faithfully used Firefox across all platforms for many many years but unfortunately must now look for a different browser to use on my iPad Pro.

Note, my previous review was deleted. I support Mozilla’s mission and until recently used only Firefox on all devices (2 laptops, iPhone, iPad, desktop) and Thunderbird. The recent rounds of updates have made it unusable - more complicated to use, crashes, buttons not responding. Others have provided detailed reviews... not a good choice if seeking to start using a new browser.

New tab pathetic problems

More pathetic problems. Now, in addition to new tab problems, when I click "refresh", it just opens a blank new tab! Why would that happen??? "Refresh" should refresh the page! Old review: I can't tell you how many times I've tapped "open in new tab" and it opens up the web link to just a black page. And no matter how many times you reload, or what website you go to, it's just a blank page. This happens all the time and it's pathetic. Please fix this. Also, I went to someone's profile page on a website and the page just constantly keeps reloading itself. As if I'm pressing the "refresh" button after every time the page finishes loading. This is stupid.

The latest update messed everything up. Refresh button is now a new tab button. I wouldn’t be using this if safari didn’t constantly close out on my tabs randomly on its own. Maybe I should just do everything on chrome.

After a recent update, the refresh button has been replaced with a 'new tab' button that changed my experience of Firefox. Before, reloading and avoiding ads was easy as cake but, after the new tab button replaced the refresh; I have to tilt to landscape view and refresh. It is still bugged and 80% of times opens a new tab instead of refresh. Please fix it or add a setting to customize our pages.

Update now causes Firefox to open a new tab every time you hit refresh on a page. Incredibly annoying & now user-friendly.
