My first order I made I ordered the issue was the order had processed but two to the days later I was notified that the shoe was no longer available in my sizeand I would receive a refund. My second order I thought I would try again which was last Thursday they said the shoe was here it never came I called and ask for a refund I was told I would be reimbursed in 3-5 Business days it’s been seven days.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE APP DONT DOWNLOAD BECAUSE THEY NEVER GAVE ME SHOES I PAYED FOR !!!!

☆IM NOT THROWING SHADE☆ I PROMISE! But it was, and has been a pain trying to order shoes, clothes etc through the app. I lost a few items because server was messed or session timed out and didn't save my items I had originally pick. I ended up getting the other 4 pairs of shoes, and clothing on the Nike APP, but was still able to score the main shoes using FinishLine app. Took forever, but finally after 3-4tries I was able to get the shoes ordered. But then again, nothing in life is perfect I do like the app and how it has inventory of all surrounding stores, and it also is very informative. Definitely worth the download if you're trying to avoid going to the actual store. I find myself on the app more then TicTok which is A HUGE, my friends say. ? ★☆★☆

Literally every time I try to use this app I have to jump through hoops to get it to sign in. It routinely rejects my username and passcode. Sometimes I have to disconnect from WiFi in order to make it work. It’s a total mess almost every time I try to use the app. Most of the time I just end up at the website to make purchases. This app is flat out terrible. It makes zero sense that it has a decent overall rating.

I can honestly say I have the most trouble with this shoe app. Any time there is a release or notification, I am automatically signed out? I have difficulty or completely unable to sign back in until much later when the release isn't available anymore. This app has not worked for a long time.
