The app lies I feel burning to the touch but the temperature taker all says that I am 96.68999541 degrees Fahrenheit. How is this possible? It is not. The app lies

I was not looking at the fine print when I downloaded this app I was very sick and didn't have a thermometer available to me at the time. So this joke was not very funny to me!!!!?

Won't do anything at all. I opened it, it asked to access my microphone and I said yes and now it's just a picture of a fingerprint and won't do anything at all. It's not my phone either because my phone is brand new.
