Ease of use is a real plus...

I like the product. I like where they're going with it. They a trying to make this a security apparatus. I'd like to get psyched out to the point where I would TRY their new Fingbox thing. I get the value of the device. What the problem is just one more bill on a fixed income. If I could try it for a month or so would help. I trust this outfit.

No me gusto mucho

Guarda siempre los equipos que usaron mi red pero me gustaría más que se puedan ver los equipos que realmente estén usando mi red y no guarde historial. Por más que los borros siempre siguen ahí

I've loved FING since Day 1...& I still do!

I'm disappointed in how the app doesn't allow me to connect to and use my new Fingbox. I was able to get the Fingbox connected and set up on one iPad but trying to connect to it on others has proven to be a big time waster and ultimately unsuccessful. I've emailed support twice and received confirmation of the receipt of my email...but no one from support has bothered to answer me and help me to try and resolve the problem. I have a lot of iPads so I need to be able to access Fingbox from any one of them...which ever one I happen to be using at the time.Frankly, I don't even remember which one I used to set it up with. So short of opening the Fing app on each one and then trying to connect to the Fingbox...I have no real way of knowing which iPad it actually functions with. The lack of support is frustrating!

not so good anymore

App used to work good - now most of our devices don't show up, and some show up that don't exist. Our son's Galaxy S7 shows as online here, but he's a few thousand miles away at college; our netgear orbi show 2 satellites when there's only one and none of our iPhones or iPods show up yet my iPad does show. Our Chromecast shows but the ip address shows from a phone no longer here. Not sure what changed with this app, but I'm going to delete it and NOT recommend it to anyone now.
