App Crashing

I just downloaded the mobile app and halfway through the account/wardrobe set up it crashed. Upon closing and reopening several times it is now stuck on a blank screen. Hoping these glitches get sorted out because I’d love to use the app!
No email support?

Wish I could see what this is about, but the app doesn’t support my email platform. So I can’t login to see anything.
Good Concept, But Worth It?

This app is a fantastic concept and I’m all down for having some more help in putting together outfits without having to constantly be pressured into purchasing a company’s pre-determined outfits. However, what stopped me from creating a profile is the fact that the app wants access to the actual content in my google messages and email account. There is no reason why something like this should be that invasive. Change the privacy settings and I’ll be onboard.
Good but could be better

Pros- I really like how the app will upload items you’ve purchased for you. I like how it gives you inspirations. I like how it gives you suggestions and help you find items similar. It really does a lot of the work for you. Cons- I feel like it’s missing the point of the app to begin with. It’s supposed to help you shop your own closet but I feel like it just helps you organize your things and plan ahead. I really wished I could upload a pic of an outfit I liked, add it to my inspirations and the app find pieces similar in my wardrobe. That way I don’t feel like I need to go out and buy something for a look.
Keeps crashing

I so want to use this app, but after I “built” most of my wardrobe, the app went to a white screen and stopped. I had to erase it from my phone. It’s so frustrating because Finery’s been doing a lot of Facebook advertising to get users, but the technology isn’t there yet.
DONT DO THIS APP

You have to email in to cancel and I’ve sent in four attempts with only one response to see if they could keep me somehow. Worst app ever. It’s just a ploy to get you to buy clothes rather than actually organize your closet.
Love the idea, but the app needs help

The app just gives me a blank white screen every time I open it, so it’s literally unusable right now. Hoping they get the functionality improved soon!

The mobile app does not work very well—it keep shutting down on me. Hopefully the web version is much more user friendly and updated.

The app crashed when I first tried to connect my email address, and now whenever I try to open the app I get nothing but a blank screen - even after downloading the latest update. Forget Finery - get Stylebook instead.

The idea of this got me so excited but its functionality has me seriously considering deleting it. Whenever I go to search for a piece of clothing to add to my wardrobe, usually I can find it or something similar. I click the button that says "Add to Wardrobe," but then another page displays different pictures and tells me to select one. Those pictures are nothing like the picture of the item I'm trying to add. Why do I have to select a different picture after I've already found one that works? So frustrating!
