Downloaded app to use for first time. Gave great offer of $20 from JCPenney's reception of $50 plus. Then after that, deals were 1% off your purchases $10 or more. Not really much cash back if you do the calculation, probably a few cents per receipt. Took FOREVER to get to $25. Every time I redeemed an offer, it was like $0.05 to $0.30 at the most AND the offers they have are for particular places and not a variety so you have to make sure you need to shop at those places and if the offer is worth redeeming/purchasing whatever item you want. The app also doesn't have a way of reviewing the receipt you just submitted. I submitted many receipts for Best Buy and followed the instructions in having the cashier scan the bar codes before giving us the total. I’ve done this SEVERAL TIMES, and for some reason, customer service is telling me that i didn’t scan the bar code. Seriously? “I” made the transactions in person and “I” personally handed my phone for the cashier to scan the bar codes every time. I seriously don’t get what’s so hard about getting a few cents back on these receipts. I spoke with customer service and they allowed a one time thing. But this is still an on going issue with Best Buy’s bar code. If you’re ok with making cash a SLOW way ($25 per year), try using this app.

I was almost to the $25 mark to cash out. There was an offer for Walgreens I started, but didn’t submit the receipt and update happen, I can’t even find if you can still submit receipts. All I can see is coupons and adds. It is really annoying

This app used to be great when it first came out. Then some how my total rebate $ back when backwards because I was so close to the $25 payout. Now I go in today and there is no rebate $ and I was at $24.??. They get you hooked on this great feature then like everything else they start taking away. Waist of space...deleting today!

I have had this app for two years and was .75 away from my first $25 (yes, it took that long) and now they want me to download ANOTHER APP to get my credit. No thank you. The stores were rebates were offered were not stores I frequented or ones that were near me. Complete waste of time and effort. There are other apps out there that actually work.

This used to be a decent app. Then you had to watch ads to unlock...fine. But the %’s went down big time and they had fewer places that I used frequently. Now its updated. I lost the money I had in the “bank”. Now it shows you coupons and deals. I don’t get it! I will be deleting this app off my phone and free up the space.

This was a great rebate program and now is worthless. I can’t find where my credit is so I can cash out. Thanks for nothing.
