I wasn’t patient enough-you have to stop for 5 seconds in place for it to register. I couldn’t unpair the fitbit until I deleted the fitbit app then the finder works great, thanks!

I misplaced my Fit Bit and did not discover that I had until Saturday evening. I searched around the house could not found it. I google searched how to find your lost or missed placed Fitbit. The next morning after searching further I decided to download the find my Fitbit app for “free” mind you. After downloading the app I was instructed to select the type of Fitbit that I have. I was given indications that the Fitbit was nearby but I could not find it even after searching for about an hour. I looked inside the house and looked outside of the house I looked in the car nowhere to be found, but still saying it was close by. I was then instructed in the app to download my Fitbit app and find Fitbit app on another device and turn off the Bluetooth in my device. I continue to look outside and was getting a strong signal from the other device that it was close by looking underneath the car in the yard until I decided to look inside the car again. The signal grew stronger and lo and behold I found my Fitbit in the floorboard back of the car. Thank you so much. I highly recommend downloading this app. God Bless Tracy G.

Thank god for this app!!!! I lost my Fitbit making the bed which it wasn’t under the bed, it was in between the mattress and box springs. I was so lost and wouldn’t have found it until the next time the bed was made.........maybe. TURN YOUR BLUETOOTH OFF TO FIND IT. That is the only way I got signal and right away it worked. Maybe think about downloading app on another device that did not have the device linked to it but whatever you do turn off the Bluetooth and don’t waste your money on other apps! This app was amazing minus the ads but it’s worth it for a few ads.

I own two cats so one morning it was charging the next it was gone. I had no idea where it had gone! Thanks to this app( and my Fitbit vibrating) I was able to locate it under my sofa on the other side of the house! Super fun trying to find it. 5 stars I recommend this app

I absentmindedly put my Fitbit down.... Have been looking for it for two days. I have a Charge 3. So tried asking it to find a Charge 2. Nope. Tried Charge HR and it was found right away. Thank you very much!

I came home from out of town and knew I put zip in my lunch case since I wasn’t using for a few days. Putting my box away I didn’t find it in there, looked all over..days later remembered this app and I put the tablet with app on it in closet and sure enough telling me a signal, it was in the bottom corner of my box. I would of never found it there (was a sack like box and caught in corner), sooo happy as these zips are now very expensive but I like the battery vs the plug in charger. Whoohoo!
