If you use up your guesses at what the picture is, you HAVE to spend actual money to get more guesses and/or progress in the game. There appears to be no recharge time. One of the words was "Helm" which was supposed to describe two helmets hanging on a wall. Close, but if you guess wrong, you have to completely close out of the game.
