Love the game but it's inconsistent

I can't get any help magnifying glasses and I can't get anything in app support to come up. I need the hints and even if I get all 10 and see a "+1" for a hint, my hint total remains at zero.

I enjoy the game but have not been able to collect my hints and I am not sure who to contact

I liked this game. I liked the ability to zoom in. But I had to keep my phone flat to zoom in. If I lifted my phone the picture zoomed out. That was a pain. I had a problem with room 91 I think. I got to nine items and the picture on the wall did not circle when I hit it. There was clearly no picture in the bottom room. No matter what I did I could not pass that room. I got all 150 room except that room. That was not very nice. It’s a good game and is a bit of a challenge. But not hard. Very doable.

Is there anyone that can help. I am not getting hints after completion of a level. Am I doing something wrong. Hopefully someone can help

I like playing “Find the difference “ games and I enjoy playing this game. However, after completing a level I never receive my hints even though it shows a plus one sign but then when I play the level it says I have zero hints. I tried purchasing some hints but never received them either. I’m not sure what the problem is but they definitely need to fix these issues. Disappointed :/
