This definitely serves its purpose and has allowed me to see where my kids are at, including drive speed at all times.

Very rarely it gives me an accurate location of my friends! Most of the time it gives me the location hours ago! It even says "location 11 hrs ago"!!! And when I try to update the location it tells me "update not available!" It's very annoying! Why would I want to know someones location 11 hours ago?!!! Please fix this!!!!!
Trying to cancel app and it is impossible

I cancelled it yesterday on my phone but I can't get a confirmation that it was cancelled. This is ridiculous. And apple is absolutely no help, no where on iTunes to cancel.
