Doesn't work

Not sure if I am doing anything wrong but I'm following the directions yet it keeps scanning and says "icy" even when the Fitbit is on my wrist.
Works as well or better than the one I paid for

I especially like the "Notes" feature that allows you to record where you found it for future reference.

I have the Alta and apparently the only way to find it through this app is to install it onto another device. They say it's clunky but necessary, but basically anyone other than me can find my Fitbit. Seems like that is the opposite of what someone would want.

I could not find my fit bit one and I looked it up on my iPhone to see if there was an app, sure enough I downloaded the app and it directed me from icy cold to hot I open the drawer and there it was with my pens. I would highly and I mean highly recommend this app it works fantastic.

This app is very nice but I only wish it had something to tell you what your battery level of your fit bit was.
