This app is wonky and shoddily built. That said it would have some potential, however they have a built in feature which allows people to harass the homeless, many of which are disabled and/or veterans. I respectfully request this app be removed from the App Store.

Great app. Easy way for me to report homeless people littering/screaming constantly at the top of their lungs on drugs. I will be reporting using this app as much as possible, making an effort to use it even more than I normally would, solely because it triggers, rofl

This is a great app for reporting homeless drug addicts that are squatting on our city streets.

The homeless enablers are faking reviews to lower the score. The vagrants are out of control but the app is about fixing many problems. They just added the tents to it and its a huge problem. Garbage, discarded needles thefts. Report em.

The city government can't act on problems unless they're aware of them. This app is far faster than manually calling code enforcement or other agencies or offices, so I use it all the time.

Don’t usually write reviews but felt that I needed to counterbalance the reviews that were not about the app itself but about political aspects of having the app This app allowed me to easily report needle use and discard at a children’s playground and public indecency in front of a library. As a parent in Seattle, I’m glad to have a mechanism to report this to the city.

Would be helpful to have the option to cancel a request from the app as well as the ability to see why a ticket was closed. Otherwise it’s a useful app.

I only downloaded the app to report a homeless tent encampment that sprung up across the street. Never got a response from the City, they marked the case as “closed”, and yet the encampment remains.

I made a couple reports including a pothole report. It’s been over a year and the status of the reports never changes. The pothole did get fixed but since the status of the report is still ‘reported’ I’m guessing it had nothing to do with what I submitted. I’ve heard nothing on the other reports I filed.

Reported two potholes near my home, was surprised to find them filed in the very next day. Thanks SDOT!
