It’s a good game but there’s a bug where I can’t get free coins or hints as the videos won’t load. Can you fix it please?

If you run out of lives or need clues, you can choose between buying some (not a chance since there are ads galore), or watching a “movie”. Choosing the movie option, you can just sit there and watch the progress wheel spin and spin. Nothing will happen. You’re doomed! I do not highly recommend.
